Job requirements

• Attending Viewings on some prestige properties local to the area
• Vendor Contacts
• Working within an amazing team, offering unrivalled customer service across all sectors of the office.
• Taking offers on properties over the telephone and in person
• Negotiation of offers
• Registering Buyers and tenants
• Qualifying buyers
• Cross selling into different departments eg Auction and New Homes
• Been able to offer exceptional Customer Service
• This role will suit someone who really wants to offer a great experience to local people looking to move, the company are doing really well and have some exciting plans ahead for 2025 so now would be a great time to join!
• NAEA qualifications would be ideal, however the company would be delighted to get you qualified ASAP, as they love to invest in the staff training and retention.
