Alice has successfully overseen and managed our Lettings department since 2020, bringing with her over 8 years of experience within the lettings industry. Alice is known for her hardworking, dedicated, and loyal approach, always striving to go above and beyond for both landlords and tenants. Alice works hard to manage expectations and build strong relationships based on trust and reliability.
Alice manages every aspect of the lettings process, providing a seamless service from start to finish. Her responsibilities include rent reviews, applications, valuations, repairs, inspections, inventories, and move outs, as well as handling bond disputes and arranging quotes for maintenance and works.
With hands on experience across all areas of lettings and having achieved her MARLA qualification, Alice brings strong industry knowledge, professionalism, and a commitment to delivering excellent customer service.
