Hannah joined Dales and Peaks in 2021 and has a demonstrated history of working in the property industry for over a decade.

I’ve worked in the property industry for over 15 years, across family run businesses, independent agencies and operational roles. During that time, I’ve been directly involved in the sale and valuation of hundreds of properties, with total sales exceeding £275m.

Alongside estate agency, I’m also an active property developer, investor and landlord, which gives me a practical, real world view on value, pricing and decision making. I understand property from every side, not just selling it, but owning it, improving it and managing it long term.

I chose to work as a Partner at Dales & Peaks so I could keep my client list deliberately small and offer a genuinely personal service. Every client deals directly with me from start to finish, with honest advice, clear communication and no unnecessary pressure.

My approach is simple. Treat every property as if it were my own, be straight with people, and focus on achieving the best possible outcome rather than just the quickest one.
